The 2013 Influenza Vaccine is here! The Hull Public Schools in collaboration with the Hull Board of Health will be offering vaccines to Hull Public School children and staff.
Consent forms will be sent home with all MMS students on Monday, Sept. 30th. If you would like your child to receive the flu vaccination, please complete the form and return it to the main office or the nurse's office. The flu vaccine will be given during the school day.
