2016 Hull Little League Season!
2016 Hull Little League Season!
Winter Clinic Registration is underway be sure to get 1 of the 20

Location: Jacobs Elementary School
Time: 7 – 9 y/o group 6:00 – 7:00 pm
10 -12 y/o group 7:15
– 8:15 pm
Cost: $50, this is a great fundraiser for Hull High School Baseball and Hull
Little League. Proceeds of the clinic will go to the purchase of baseball
equipment which will be used to support both High School Players and Little
League Players

March Madness will be on Friday, March 18th!!!!
On Friday, March 18th, Memorial Middle School will be hosting its 2nd Annual March Madness event. There will be events throughout areas of the school from 5:45-9:30. The cost of admission for students is $7.00, or $5.00 with a canned good. There will be pizza and beverages available for purchase. If any parent would be interested in volunteering for the evening please contact Mr. Kelley via e-mail @ gkelley@town.hull.ma.us or at school: (781) 925-2040 ext. 1103. All parents that would like to volunteer must be CORI checked. The planned events are listed below; any assistance would be greatly appreciated! We look forward to seeing you on March 18th!

CLINIC FOR 10 – 12-YEAR-OLDS
• 3/8, 3/10, 3/14, 3/15 - Pre-Season Baseball Clinics 7:15 pm – 8:15 pm

$50
donation per player. Proceeds will go to
HHS Baseball. HHS players will help to
deliver instruction and supervise drills.
ENROLLMENT: Participation will be
limited to 20 players in each age group.
FORMAT: At each
session, groups will rotate through three stations: 1) throwing and /or
pitching; 2) fielding; and 3) hitting. At each station,
players will receive instruction in a specific skill and will get to
practice that skill with one or more drills. Each station will be
supervised by a Little League Board member; instruction and drills will be
administered by HHS baseball players.

Fee for the 2016 Spring Season is $125.00/player, which shall include each player receiving a pini and shorts that the players keep at the end of the season.
U11
Team = 2nd, 3rd
& 4th grade

Team = 5th & 6th grade
U15
Team = 7th & 8th grade
The
Spring Lacrosse Season shall begin in the middle of March and run through the
middle of June.
Practices
are 2 nights a week with games on Sundays.
Please make sure that the player you are registering either becomes a member (if the player has never registered with US Lacrosse before) or the player renews their membership go to www.uslacrosseleague.org. This is a fee of $25.00/year which is to be paid directly to US Lacrosse League.

Parent-Teacher Conferences
Parent-Teacher conferences will be held on Monday, February 22nd from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and on Tuesday, February 23rd from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Report Cards were published to Aspen at the end of January. Grade 6 parents/guardians will meet with the entire team. Grade 7 and 8 parents/guardians can make appointments with up to 2 teachers. Any grade 7 or 8 parent/guardian that would like to meet with more than two teachers should call the school on the day of their appointment to see if additional appointments are available. To make an appointment, please contact Ms. Casey in the main office at 781-925-2040.

Thin Ice and Cold Water Safety!
Dear Parents/Guardians:
The Hull Fire Prevention Officer, Captain Steven Johnson, has provided an Ice and Cold Water Safety pamphlet for families to review with their children.
