now posted to Aspen! Questions about
your child's performance are best answered by his or her subject area
teacher. Contact information for the faculty can be found on our school

The end of the first quarter is an
important benchmark for students. I
strongly encourage every parent/guardian to meet with their child’s teacher(s)
during Parent-Teacher Conferences. All
conferences will be held on Thursday, November 16 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm and from 5:30 to 8:30 pm. Grade 6 and 7 parents/guardians will meet with the entire team. Grade 8
parents/guardians can make
appointments with up to 2 teachers. Any grade 8 parent/guardian that would like
to meet with more than two teachers should call the school on the day of conferences
to see if additional appointments are available.
Parents
can make appointments for conferences by accessing the following website:
Parents with an account from previous
years can login on the home page and book conference times with your child’s
teachers, add students to your account, and view pending appointments. If you
are new to the Memorial Middle School Appointments site, you can create an
account and proceed with booking. Video
tutorials and a parent instruction guide are available via the Help tab at the
top of the page. Any questions about this website can be directed to the Assistant
Principal, Kim Bothwell.
During Parent-Teacher Conferences, the National Junior Honor
Society will host a bake
sale. All money raised will
be used to support student
activities at Memorial Middle School and reduce the cost of field trips and
other activities. Please support our students
and purchase some tasty treats! NJHS students will also serve as time keepers
during conferences and will knock on classroom doors to remind teacher and
parent when a conference should end.
Finally, Thursday, November 16th is a 60 minute
early release day due to conferences.
Students will be dismissed at 1:45.
Lunch will be served.
Thank you for efforts working with the faculty, staff, and
administration of Memorial Middle School to provide the best possible education
for the children of Hull! As always, it
is a pleasure working and learning with your children.
Sincerely,
Tony Hrivnak
Principal
