Mandated Physicals!!!


REMINDER!!!!
Students in Grade 7 are required to have an
updated physical examination on file. Please
send in an updated health form to the school nurse.

If you need a physical, Dr. Iser will be at MMS on 
April 17th to do physicals.

Please see the attached letter and forms.
