and Children,
I’m pleased
to present the second session of the Memorial Middle School MASPER program!
Thanks to a number of teachers and parents, we have wonderful MASPER after-school
programs planned for six weeks beginning Monday, Jan. 12th. Please read the descriptions (on the back of
this form) of the enrichment activities we have planned for your child. Choose the activity that is best suited for
your child/children.
Classes are
on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday . Classes are one hour: from 2:45-3:45 p.m. The rate is $30 for one class, $50 for two
classes, and $75 for three classes. Classes fill quickly so please get your
registration form and MASPER fee in as soon as possible. Any class with insufficient enrollment will
be cancelled. On half-days, or no school,
there will be make-up classes TBA.
PICK-UP MANDATORY BY 3:45!! There will be a late bus on Monday and Thursday.
Also, your child can walk home with your permission noted on the form below. Pick up will be at the Cafeteria Entrance.
Remember that placement will be first-come, first-served, so
