Writer Wins Spa Contest
6th grade Memorial Middle School student Wyatt
Pike is the proud winner of the Bodywork Day Spa Giving Thanks Contest. The
contest tasked entrants to submit a letter of 100 words or less about the
gratitude they have for someone in their life. The staff at Bodywork Day Spa
voted and chose Wyatt as the first place winner – and the recipient of a
$100.00 gift card to the spa. Wyatt, who chose to write about the gratitude he
has for his mother, stated, “There are bad days and there are good days, but
when there are bad days, you can get past them with the loving and caring
family that you have.”
